Project Overview
Over time, Pacify had accumulated a large collection of client-specific marketing materials, many of which had unique designs. As Pacify continued growing and amassing more clients, it became increasingly difficult to manage so many disparate materials. By designing a suite of standardized templates, we were able to simplify workflows for new client implementations and maintenance of existing clients.

This project required an extensive inventory of all existing marketing materials. Once this inventory was complete, we needed to meet with the Client Success team to ensure all content was up-to-date and consistent with each clients’ requirements. Once these requirements were established, we created a suite of standardized templates that would be easy for both designers and non-designers to edit in the future.
The Challenge
This updated suite of standardized templates has allowed the Creative and Marketing teams to implement new clients more quickly and efficiently. It has also allowed for easier updates to all materials as new product features are launched.
